1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Salahadeen Center of Nashville ("SCN") website at www.scntn.org and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

SCN provides the following services through our platform:

• Community information (prayer times, events, announcements)
• Online membership registration and management
• Donation and fundraising campaign processing
• Volunteer coordination
• Media gallery and community resources
• Staff attendance and operational tools

3. Membership

• Membership is open to all individuals and families in the Nashville community.
• Annual membership fees are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Memberships renew annually. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us.
• SCN reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of community guidelines or these Terms.

4. Donations

• All donations are processed securely through Stripe.
• Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days.
• SCN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
• Campaign funds are used for the stated purpose of each campaign. If a campaign does not reach its goal, funds will be allocated to general operations unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin or staff-only areas
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Services

6. Content Ownership

• All content on the Services (text, images, design, logos) is owned by SCN or used with permission.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.
• Photos submitted to media galleries or events may be used by SCN for community and promotional purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms (Stripe for payments, Microsoft for authentication). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SCN is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SCN does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Prayer times are provided for reference and may vary — please verify with local observation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SCN in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
